EYFS Lead and Class Teacher job summary

The Governors are looking to appoint an EYFS Lead across our Reception and Nursery phase who is passionate about providing outstanding provision and highly engaging learning opportunities for all our wonderful children. The successful candidate should have a thorough knowledge of the revised EYFS Framework and a clear understanding of systematic synthetic phonics in the teaching of early reading. The position will oversee a team of people within the phase and be responsible for performance appraisal and standards across the board. The role will include coaching and mentoring staff within the phase to ensure that teaching and learning is the best it can be. Applications are invited from experienced teachers.
