EYFS Lead and Class Teacher- Haslington Primary Academy
The Executive Principal, Principal and Governors of our Academy are seeking to appoint an outstanding and inspirational EYFS Lead and class teacher, to start in September 2022. This is a temporary 1-year contract dependant on school numbers.
The successful candidate must:
• Have a track record of excellence in their classroom practice;
• Have ambition, drive and a passion for learning;
• Demonstrate an excellent understanding of the EYFS framework and how this can be delivered
• Have a proven ability to lead school improvement and development, including monitoring achievement and supporting colleagues;
• Lead a positive team of professionals to realise the potential of our setting and our children;
• Deliver a creative and exciting EYFS provision within their own classroom and across the setting, developing the children’s love of learning;
• Promote and lead high expectations of learning, achievement and behaviour through positive classroom management;
work exceptionally well as both part of a team and as team leader, communicating effectively with staff, children and parents.
