What skills and experience we're looking for
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong teacher to join our welcoming school. To be successful you will be an outstanding Teacher with a ‘can do approach’, who is passionate about developing, delivering and articulating the vision, values and ethos of the academy. As an innovator you will develop creative approaches to continue to drive the high quality of teaching, learning and assessment, and ensure that our children enjoy their education whilst reaching their full potential.
You will ideally have experience of leading a team within a school setting and be able to demonstrate working alongside both the wider school team and the senior leadership team to deliver the whole school development plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Early Years Phase.
