Full-time EYFS Lead Teacher

Location: North Wheatley C of E Primary School, Sturton Road, South Wheatley, Retford, Notts.

The Children, Staff and Governors of our outstanding village school wish to appoint an ambitious, dynamic and positive thinking EYFS Teacher from September 2020.

We are looking for someone who…

• Has good knowledge of early childhood development and is dedicated to ensuring that every child makes excellent progress through well planned learning journeys that inspires pupils to ‘be the very best that they can be’.
• Has a passion for creating meaningful and mindful learning environments that sparks children’s curiosity and put the child at the centre.
• Understands the importance of quality interactions and can challenge children’s thinking to develop the ‘thinkers and doers’ of the future.
• Considers the needs of all children and has high aspirations for their achievement in both academic and spiritual, moral, social and cultural development.
• Could also fill the role of Special Educational Needs Coordinator, SENCO (desirable but not essential).
• Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive and driven team.
• Is Calm, Considerate and Compassionate.
