EYFS Lead with TLR 2a job summary

The successful candidate will be required to:
-be an outstanding classroom practitioner
-assist the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team in managing and leading the EYFS team to achieve the highest standards of learning and achievement for all pupils,
-ensure that planning and assessment deadlines are met within the team,
-take the lead in Pupil Progress meetings and monitor pupil performance across the EYFS,
-attend the Wider Leadership Team meetings on Mondays 3.45pm-5.00pm and 3.45-4.15pm alternate weeks.
-Provide strategic leadership for improvement
