What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an Early Years Foundation Stage Leader who:
- Is highly knowledgeable and has a clear vision for what outstanding early years practice looks like
- Is an excellent role model, exemplifying high standards of teaching, inspiring and motivating EYFS staff and pupils to achieve their full potential
- Has the ability to mentor/coach the early years team to improve their practice
- Keeps up to date with early years developments and works to improve their own practice through continuing professional development
- Values the role of parents and will work hard to develop and maintain the excellent relationships we have with parents

As EYFS Leader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high quality teaching and learning across the Early Years Foundation Stage. This is a demanding role but a very exciting and rewarding one too.
