About this role
The successful candidate will enjoy reaching the highest levels of success while creating innovative approaches to Early Years education with our wonderful and diverse cohort of children.
If successful you will be a member of our Middle Leadership Team, and work alongside other middle leaders and senior leaders to move the school forwards.. The candidate will teach in one of our reception classes and will be released for Leadership time each week. Crawley Green Infant School is at an exciting stage of its continuing development, building upon the existing successes and looking to grow.
The reception classrooms have recently been renovated which includes a new outdoor learning areas for our pupils.
We are looking for someone to join our supportive and caring team who:
puts children first and is able to provide rich learning experiences for all
is able to demonstrate excellent teaching, with experience of teaching within the Foundation Stage
has good interpersonal and leadership skills
has a strong commitment to raising achievement for all learners
can excite, inspire and motivate pupils and staff
has a proven track record in raising standards
is knowledgeable and passionate about education
is open to new ideas and approaches
commits themselves to success through effort and teamwork.
