What skills and experience we're looking for

We will consider someone with at least three years of prior experience in EYFS. Don’t worry if you are early in your leadership journey, we are willing to invest in your development and progress as a leader (in the last year 3 of our senior team have moved on to more senior roles) – so apply today if you are motivated by a change and challenge.

What the school offers its staff

Make sure you think hard before you apply however, as you must be truly committed to making a difference in the lives of children who will be experiencing some gaps in their development due to ongoing issues that have arisen from lockdowns, school absences or they may have recently arrived in the country. We will be working hard to support our children to settle into school and make up on what has been missed – academically, socially and spiritually.
