EYFS Leader Maternity Cover job summary
We are looking to appoint an inspiring classroom practitioner with a proven track record in Early Years. There will be a class teaching commitment attached to the post with non-class based time to fulfil the leadership role. Whilst it is not essential that you have held a post of this type before, it is essential that you have a strong understanding of teaching early years and that you have a commitment to developing your professional practice. Working with other people is a key part of this role and therefore excellent interpersonal skills are a high priority, along with good organisational and communication skills. Energy, enthusiasm and commitment are other important qualities along with that all-important factor – a sense of humour!
