What skills and experience we're looking for
As the Early Years and Key Stage One Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our young learners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the EYFS and Key Stage One teams to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
- Implementing inclusive practices to meet the diverse needs of all children.
- Collaborating with the senior leadership team to contribute to the school's overall strategic vision.
- Nurturing a positive and motivating environment for both children and staff.
