EYFS Leader job summary
We are looking for someone who already has experience of leadership or is well prepared to take on their first leadership role and can lead our Nursery and Reception provision ably; engaging with colleagues, building relationships and developing existing practice. They will ensure that throughout EYFS there are well planned, resourced and delivered lessons tailored to the needs of both the individual child and specific groups of learners.
The successful applicant will articulate a clear vision of success to children and adults and will develop our early years provision to build stronger foundations. The EYFS Leader will play a key role in supporting the Headteacher and leading on the next stages of development across the Trust Primary Schools.
