What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced and passionate practitioner who will deliver high-quality, rigorous provision that drives achievement and inspires a love of learning that stays with children as they progress up through the school.

In this leadership role, you will oversee the quality of teaching in the phase through weekly coaching and co-planning. This will also include teaching in reception and leading the nursery team. You will ensure exceptional outcomes are achieved for pupils at the end of EYFS.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent understanding of both phase and general teaching pedagogy.
  • Have experience or knowledge of early child development.
  • Have sound knowledge of the legislation and guidelines of the EYFS.
  • Have deep commitment to Ark’s mission of providing an excellent education to every
  • student, regardless of background.
  • Have genuine passion for and a belief in the potential of every student.
