- are an excellent and creative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a fluid and flexible approach
- be dedicated and have a passion to make a difference for children
- Have a proven track record in terms of results in EYFS
- Show a clear understanding of teaching and learning in EYFS
- Have experience in leading a subject
- Communicate well at all levels and be able to motivate their team
- Be forward thinking and understand developments in education

We seek to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated EYFS Phase Leader and Reception class teacher to join our school staff team for September 2024.
It is an exciting time to be part of Micklefield CE Primary Academy. We joined the Collaborative Learning Trust on 1st June 2022. https://collaborativelearningtrust.com The Collaborative Learning Trust isa recently formed Multi-Academy Trust, founded on existing school partnerships in Yorkshire.
