EYFS Phase Leader & Class Teacher job summary
At Waycroft Academy, we are looking for an inspirational and highly effective teacher with solid EYFS experience, to lead our early years team (in the first instance). We are seeking a caring, intelligent practitioner who supports and promotes the vision and ethos of our school, and has high expectations of pupil behaviour, pastoral care and the emotional well-being of every child. As part of our energetic and welcoming team, you will enthuse and motivate our youngest learners, while maintaining a healthy learning environment for all children within the school.
