What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate EYFS Phase Leader who has high expectations and excellent interpersonal skills, to lead a group of staff and pupils to achieve the best possible outcomes. The Phase Leader will need to lead by example through high quality teaching, use of relational practise and a desire to move school forward. Successful candidates will need strong EYFS knowledge and be well-organised. They will need to be analytical in order to support the most effective use of extra adults as well as being creative and have the ability to inspire those around them. Effective communication and the ability to work with parents to address any issues that may arise regarding their child’s education or well-being are essential.
