What skills and experience we're looking for
-
The Governors wish to appoint an energetic, inspirational, committed and experienced EYFS teacher to the staff team. This will be a temporary appointment until August 2025 when the position will be reviewed alongside a budget review.
We are looking for someone who:
Demonstrates outstanding practice.
Has a good knowledge of EYFS.
Has experience in EYFS.
Has high expectations of self and is highly committed.
Has high expectations of pupil achievement and an understanding of how all children learn best.
Has excellent behaviour management skills.
Is highly motivated.
Approaches curriculum development creatively.
Has good interpersonal skills and can work as part of a team. Can contribute to the wider life of the school.
Will support and enhance the strong Christian tradition and ethos of the school.
Embodies our Christian values and principles (attached) in their teaching and relationships with pupils and adults.
Is resilient, hard-working and committed to continuously improving their own teaching practice.
Is an excellent member of a team, fostering good relationships.
