VACANCY FOR EYFS/RECEPTION LEAD TEACHER AT WEST TOWN PRIMARY ACADEMY

Salary: MPS/UPS (A TL3 may be available for a suitably experience person, to undertake a time-limited project at the school)

Hours of work: Full time, permanent position

We currently have a vacancy for an enthusiastic, highly motivated EYFS Lead Teacher, who will engage and inspire our young learners and support, motivate, and lead the phase team.

The Opportunity

  • To work with the Senior Leadership Team to accelerate progress for all pupils particularly in Early Years
  • To support, develop and coach teaching and learning across EYFS, so that the school has a consistently good or better teaching
  • To lead and co-ordinate assessment across EYFS, maximizing pupil and parental engagement

The ideal candidate

  • Has a record of excellent classroom practice in the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Able to secure high standards of pupil achievement and behaviour in the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Is passionate and has drive for raising standards of teaching and learning
