The school is a slightly smaller than average Primary school situated on the Snape Wood Estate in Bulwell. We are committed to ensuring that the children at School achieve the best possible teaching and learning opportunities in a supportive, nurturing and inclusive environment and we pride ourselves in working in partnership with a range of organisations to achieve the best outcomes for pupils. The school serves an area of high social deprivation and although the solid foundations of teaching and learning are in place the opportunity remains to take the school even further. I know the work we do here truly makes a difference to children’s lives. At Snape Wood, we strive to eliminate barriers to learning, enabling children to feel safe and secure in a vibrant, high-quality learning environment.
