EYFS Teacher job summary

The governing board are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hard-working teacher to join our experienced EYFS team in our nursery class from January 2022.

The successful applicant will:
• be an excellent classroom practitioner

• have a passion for the Early Years
• have a thorough understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• be committed to the role of outdoor learning within the EYFS curriculum

Etruscan is a larger than average primary school with 443 pupils currently on roll. We are two form entry to Year 6 with a 45 place Nursery class,

In September 2015 the school became part of a hard federation with Etruscan Primary School and St. Mark’s CE Primary School, with the same Executive Head Teacher. Each of the Primary Schools has a Head of School. In June 2020 Etruscan Primary and St. Mark’s CE Primary academised as founder members of the Orchard Community Trust. Etruscan was judged to be ‘Good’ at the most recent inspection in May 2017. Etruscan Primary is also part of a network of seven schools called “7 Stars”.
