We are proud to be recruiting for a caring, passionate and professional Teacher, to join our EYFS Team. In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children beginning their educational journey, fostering their curiosity and love for learning.
We are looking for:
- An excellent teacher who has received ‘good’ or better grades in recent observations with early years’ experience
- An outstanding, passionate teacher who has high expectations for children’s learning, and can foster collaborative working and living our values every day.
- A person who builds excellent relationships with children and parents; demonstrating our values when interacting with them.
- is up to date with current research around Quality First Teaching and Early Years practice (Nursery and Reception),
- Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn to the best of their ability and reach their potential,
- Is knowledgeable and has the skills to meet the requirements of the EYFS Framework
- Has the ability to develop effective relationships with pupils, parents and external agencies in order to support pupils’ smooth transition into school
- Is confident in leading a team, developing the vision and having the drive to move it forward
- Able to create a stimulating and inviting learning environment adapted to suit the needs of the pupils,
- Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
