What skills and experience we're looking for

Sandbach Primary Academy are looking to appoint an EYFS teacher to work in our expanding nursery. We are looking to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic and highly motivated Early Years teacher to join our experienced, happy, hardworking and dedicated team. We are looking for a positive, resilient and creative teacher with a willingness to share skills and a love of teaching to work within our foundation team. There will also be times where the successful applicant will need to work within other classes across the school. Applications from ECT are warmly welcomed.

We are looking for a practitioner who:

  • Is an outstanding teacher with a passion for, and an understanding of working with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Has an excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
  • Is committed to nurturing the development of young children and is able to establish a rapport with children and parents.
  • Has a commitment to inclusive education and a genuine desire to work co-operatively with parents, key school staff and other professionals.
  • Is hard working and enthusiastic
  • Is able to work as part of a team to achieve the very best for our children.
  • Will be creative, flexible and possess a good sense of humour.
