What skills and experience we're looking for

to hold NVQ level 2/3 in Early Years Childcare/equivalent or willingness to work towards,

to have commenced related training and courses,

to have experience of planning and assessment,

to have experience in planning and grouping for effective differentiation of teaching

to have the ability to teach a focus group to a high standard,

to be able to monitor, evaluate and assess pupil attainment,

to be able to plan for the delivery of the curriculum,

to have the ability to establish and review targets,

to have the ability to relate to, and work with, others as members of a team

to have good ICT skills

to have good spoken and written communication skills

to have effective behaviour management strategies
