What skills and experience we're looking for
We are particularly looking for someone who has a good knowledge of Early Years and experience of working with Early Years children, including those with SEND.
In addition to the above, candidates need to demonstrate that they:
Have recent experience of working with primary school aged children
Can deliver group interventions in Phonics, Maths and English to improve learning
Are able to work under the guidance of the class teacher but can use their own initiative
Are organised and able to provide feedback to assist planning.
Have some knowledge of the Early Years curriculum and can bring creativity to the role
Are patient, calm and have a good sense of humour
Have a commitment to supporting all children to reach their potential
Will be committed to the role, our values, our team and the Trust.
