Band E, SCP 7 - SCP 11 - (FTE £22,369-£24,054)

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are particularly looking for someone who has a good knowledge of Early Years and experience of working with Early Years children, including those with SEND.

In addition to the above, candidates need to demonstrate that they:

  • Have recent experience of working with primary school aged children

  • Can deliver group interventions in Phonics, Maths and English to improve learning

  • Are able to work under the guidance of the class teacher but can use their own initiative

  • Are organised and able to provide feedback to assist planning.

  • Have some knowledge of the Early Years curriculum and can bring creativity to the role

  • Are patient, calm and have a good sense of humour

  • Have a commitment to supporting all children to reach their potential

  • Will be committed to the role, our values, our team and the Trust.
