Join our team as an EYFS Teaching Assistant!

Are you a passionate and collaborative individual looking to make a difference? If so, we are looking for a EYFS Teaching Assistant to work alongside the teacher in our early years setting.

Your role:

* To support children to access the curriculum and participate in learning, running activities with small groups of children;
* To help children to experience a sense of achievement;
* To monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff; and
* To work closely with the class teacher, SENDCo and parents/carers to ensure every child reaches their full potential;

Professional Development

All new Teaching Assistants working 20 hours or more per week on a permanent contract will be automatically enrolled on a Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprenticeship if they do not already hold this qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain essential skills and knowledge through the 'Initial Teaching Assistant Training', ensuring you are fully equipped to succeed in your role and make a real difference in the lives of our pupils.
