EYFS Teaching Assistant job summary

The Trust seeks to appoint an outstanding EYFS Teaching Assistant, to support teaching staff in the development and education of pupils including those with the provision of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). If you have early years knowledge and experience this is highly desirable, together with excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to demonstrate a proactive approach to work, adaptability, resilience, and possessing a positive demeanour would be ideal. The successful candidate will need to be motivated, innovative and flexible. They will be able to demonstrate a passion for developing and extending potential in our pupils including children with additional needs by recognising and nurturing individual qualities and strengths, thus being part of the team helping Chilwell Croft Academy to become an outstanding Academy of the future.
