EYFS Teaching assistant job summary
We are looking for an Early Years Teaching Assistant who can:
Understand under-5s developmental needs
Support vulnerable children to overcome barriers to learning.
Support children with emotional regulation and self-esteem.
Build positive relationships with all members of the school community.
Maintain a calm influence and approach.
Be flexible and responsive.
Work under direction from teachers and leaders but also take initiative.
Be highly motivated and committed.
Work closely and empathetically with our families.
