EYFS Teaching Assistant job summary

EYFS Teaching Assistant Required to Start ASAP

Monday – Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm (term time and 5 training days)

Scale point 7. FTE = £25,584. Actual based on 32.5 hours p/week =£19,382

We are looking for a Level 2 or 3 qualified Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children in either our ‘Caterpillars’ Nursery or our two Reception Classes to achieve regardless of any obstacles in their way.

Our EYFS has children from 3-5 years old. Nursery takes pupils from the age of 3-4, with Reception from 4-5. Candidates may want to view our Caterpillars Nursery introductory video to get a sense of what working and learning at Jubilee Wood is like in the EYFS: https://youtu.be/iPhNq7_kWvs.

The successful candidate will be:

patient and interested in all children, including EYFS-age children, and how they learn
