is seeking to appoint two full-time

Level 2 EYFS Teaching Assistants

Payscale: Grade 2, Point 5(FTE £23,500 per year, approx. £17,655 per annum pro-rata)

Working 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

(08:30 – 15:30, Monday to Friday)

Commencing: ASAP

Pathfinder has an exciting opportunity for two committed Level 2 EYFS Teaching Assistants to join a vibrant team of enthusiastic, hardworking individuals. We would love you to take your place with us in this fantastic role!

About You

The ideal candidate will be an individual who:

· Has experience of working as a teaching assistant in a Primary School

· Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

· Is enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education

· Is highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload

· Can work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils

· Has a ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative

· Can work flexibly and professionally

About Role
