We are currently looking for a caring, enthusiastic individual to join our team of dedicated staff as a Teaching Assistant in our Early Years unit. The post involves supporting pupils learning and emotional needs within the classroom environment as well as delivering some interventions. The successful candidate will be able to work under the class teacher's direction as well as independently either in class, small groups or 1 to 1 support.
Our Early Years unit, which was found to be Outstanding by Ofsted, has all the ingredients for excellence: an enthusiastic team with lots of good practice, fabulous facilities with generous space, good quality resources and lively and enthusiastic children. We are keen to find a new member of staff who is as committed and ambitious as we are. You will have GCSEs in English, Maths and Science at grade C or above.
