Hours 30 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:45 to 15:15 with a 30 minute lunch break.
Salary SCP L2 5 (£19,650 Gross FTE)

We require an enthusiastic and conscientious Teaching Assistant to join our experienced and dedicated staff team in our Early Years Foundation Stage.

Applicants must demonstrate a good knowledge of the statutory framework EYFS and the development matters document. They must be able to observe children, make detailed observations and extend learning through play and meaningful interactions. Applicants must also have the ability to develop effective relationships with colleagues, children and parents

Ideally you will hold a Level 1 childcare qualification and your aim in EYFS should be centred on giving our young children a love of learning.

Aside from working with the children, your job also involves contributing to our provision by setting up enticing learning opportunities to engage and motivate the children; clearing away the evidence of the fun and taking an active role in our children’s education.
