What skills and experience we're looking for
1. Qualified teacher status
2. Degree
3. Knowledge and experience of teaching pupils in the Primary phase (EYFS, Key Stage One)
1. Knowledge of guidance and requirements around safeguarding of children.
2. High expectations of positive pupil behaviour.
3. A strong commitment to high standards through outstanding teaching and classroom management.
4. Evidence of good or outstanding classroom practice.
5. Experience of the effective use of assessment and analysis in raising standards.
6. A sound knowledge of the EYFS Curriculum and effective continuous provision.
7. The ability to adapt teaching to meet individual needs of all children, including those with SEND.
8. The ability to create a stimulating learning environment.
