- An excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum and how younger children learn.
- High expectations of what children are able to achieve.
- Be reflective and well organised.
- Be keen to work and develop as part of a team.

We can offer you:
- Happy, enthusiastic children who are keen to learn.
- An ethos based on our core Christian Values of Love, Truth and Respect.
- A warm community and incredible grounds.
- Excellent professional development.
- An experienced team of teachers with dedicated time to plan together as a phase.
- A commitment to developing the whole child, a thematic cross curriculum approach which provides exciting learning opportunities.
- An inclusive environment in which all children are valued, encouraged and nurtured.
- A small EYFS class of 23 children with the support of a full time, experienced LSA.
- Working alongside an experienced EFYS phase leader
