Overview of role

The role involves supporting our pupils, our curriculum and working to effectively communicate with our families. Overall, it involves leading our Nursery to continued excellence. Maintaining and building on the standards which already exist and providing the best care and education possible for our youngest Abbotsmede learners.

Organisation of the curriculum and the resourcing of the provision will be second nature to you. You will have a keen eye for health and safety and champion safeguarding as a priority.

You will also be somebody who is aware of updates with regards to research and pedagogy and best practice in the Nursery environment.
