Trust Facilities Manager – Extend Learning Academies Network (ELAN)
Salary: E7 £29,173 - £31,894 pa plus extensive pension and benefits package

ELAN is an academy trust that looks to do things differently and works together to do
the right thing. Based at our main office in Locking, North Somerset, the Trust’s
central team are excited to be offering a new estates role suited to someone with a
proven track record in facilities management. This will include oversight of statutory,
planned, and reactive maintenance of assets, ensuring efficient and reliable
operations, health and safety and compliance.
Reporting to the Trusts Estates Manager, you will support the strategic development
of the ELAN estate providing advice and guidance around facilities management,
health and safety, compliance, and best practice across its schools.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a strong facilities management background,
working across a multi-sited organisation. Stakeholder engagement is an essential
part of this role, so you will need to have outstanding communication and
interpersonal skills and be willing to invest in the premises staff at each of our school
sites; challenging and supporting them to provide the best possible learning
environment for every child in the Trust. You will also have experience of managing
projects related to facilities management, from original conception through to the
delivery.
