Trust Facilities Manager – Extend Learning Academies Network (ELAN)

Salary: E7: £29,173 - £31,894 pa plus extensive pension and benefits package
Permanent, 37 hours per week, all year round
ELAN is an academy trust that looks to do things differently and works together to do the right thing.
You will assist the Trust Estates Manager with the management of ELAN’s property asset portfolio and provide quality education facilities and learning environments that are fit for purpose. This is a newly created opportunity and an exciting time to be joining the team.

You will bring extensive knowledge and experience in building maintenance, hard (building compliance, PPM, M&E, fire safety systems) and soft (catering, cleaning, grounds maintenance) facilities management. With a desire to improve the internal and external environment providing advice, training and support on health and safety and ensuring compliance and excellent standards are upheld. This will include the development and maintenance of action plans, policies, safe systems of works, method statements, construction safety documents and compliance recording systems.
