What skills and experience we're looking for
This is a full time, all year round contract, 36 hours a week (rotated in shifts Mon - Fri with occasional weekend working for lettings where applicable) which offers a competitive Haringey support staff salary.
We are seeking to appointment a well knowledgeable and flexible Facilities & Site Assistant to join our team for an immediate start.
The Facilities & Site Assistant, under the direction of the Facilities Manager will be responsible for the effective maintenance and development of the school premises and grounds to ensure the effective day to day running of the school.
Applicants must be hardworking, be a team player and have good people skills. You should be able to communicate effectively.
A good awareness of Health & Safety procedures is a must and having a background within hard and soft services with good proven experience and knowledge of building maintenance/DIY skills is highly desirable for this vacancy..
