This is a unique opportunity to join our founding team, leaving a lasting legacy and making a meaningful impact on students, families, and the wider community. We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

We are looking for inspirational leaders with expertise in English, Maths, or Science to work closely with primary colleagues and shape a seamless 2–16 curriculum that aligns with the Academy’s vision and values.

By fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement, and setting consistently high standards, you will create an environment where both staff and students are empowered to thrive.
As a Church of England Academy, we welcome staff and students of all faiths and none, and seek leaders who will uphold our Christian ethos and core values of Respect, Kindness, and Courage.
If you’re ready to make a meaningful contribution to our Academy’s journey, we’d love to hear from you!
