Give our students the skills to get ahead.
At the heart of the Academy Transformation Trust, The Dukeries Academy stimulates every student to Aspire, Achieve and Contribute. Academic attainment is central to everything we do and we want every child to leave with the kind of qualifications that guarantee a great future. But it isn’t just about results: we strive to create well-rounded, responsible individuals who seize opportunities, discover their passions and love to learn throughout life.
We are looking to appoint a passionate and inspirational Faculty Leader to join our new Art, Technology, Business and IT faculty. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and motivated professional to develop the faculty provision within the Academy and ensure that our students excel. To succeed, you'll be a Design and Technology specialist, have the ability to lead teaching and learning across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 and have the vision, energy and proven track record to ensure that our students are engaged and eager to learn. You will be joining a dynamic and creative faculty team, in an Academy which has delivered a positive Progress 8 score for the last four consecutive years.
If you have what it takes, you can join our experienced, innovative team with incredible potential – and look forward to a future that could take you anywhere within the Trust’s twenty-two schools.
Along the way, you’ll play an important part in taking us from Good to Outstanding, and we can promise it’ll be an exciting and rewarding journey.
