What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Faculty Leader for Business & Media to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will lead our Digital Business Management department, overseeing Business Studies, Media Studies, and ICT, shaping the curriculum, inspiring both students and colleagues, and driving academic excellence.
The subjects encompass a mixture of BTECs and A-Levels. Applicants must have experience teaching one or more qualifications up to KS5 in Business Studies, Media Studies, and ICT and demonstrate creative strategies for supporting the learning environment.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator, potentially an existing single subject leader, who is looking to further develop their leadership skills on a pathway to Senior Leadership Team (SLT) roles.
