There is something very special about the atmosphere and ethos at Frogmore; something that is so frequently commented upon by visitors to the school. At the heart of our ethos is the notion of the Frogmore family. Each and every member of our Frogmore family is valued: whatever their strengths, they are supported to flourish and excel. High standards are expected and are the norm. Only the very best behaviour, attitudes, appearance and learning are acceptable. In 2018, the progress made by our students was amongst the best in Hampshire. Strong relationships between staff, students, parents, as well as between the students themselves, create a healthy climate in which everyone can thrive. We believe that, within this atmosphere, our students discover that it is possible to enjoy their school years and leave with tremendous prospects. Our ethos extends to our care for staff: we want every member of our Frogmore family to flourish. Our small size and strong relationships mean the sense of mutual support is tangible. We are a community of learners and, as such, professional learning is a high priority. Whether you are new to the profession or have significant experience, we will provide a variety of opportunities for you to learn and grow. In every respect we truly are ambitious for every member of our team. Come and experience this ethos and atmosphere for yourselves.
