What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a passionate and inspiring faculty Learning and Progress Assistant to work within a successful, forward thinking Maths team. The role will involve working with a range of students including those with SEND or who may have arrived at secondary school with lower than expected levels of learning.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who shares our ethos of supporting all learners to achieve their full potential and raises aspiration. A high level of competency within Maths is essential and higher levels of qualifications within the realms of Maths are desirable. Ideally the candidate will have experience of working within education.

The role will specifically involve both:

  • In class intervention within Maths lessons.
  • Small group teaching and intervention to students who may be withdrawn from their regular Maths lessons.
