Family Engagement Leader job summary
The Family Engagement Leader is a senior leadership role and will lead on family and community engagement and the personal development, welfare and safeguarding of students.
You will have the experience of working with families, managing or leading a team and safeguarding within education, social care, mental health or another similar (public) body.

The Albany is a small secondary alternative provision (AP) providing 42 AP and 24 long term Social Emotional and Mental Health students (SEMH) places for students who have an Education Health Care plan (EHCP). The Albany has a strong family feel and the curriculum is designed to meet the SEMH and learning needs of our students. It is a school where you can be who you are, have your needs met gain a sense of belonging and achieve.
