Family Liaison Officer/Attendance Officer job summary

About the role:Hartley Primary Academy are seeking a committed and reliableFamily Liaison Officer/Attendance Officerto join their vibrant academy from September 2022.This role will work in liaison with colleagues in the academy, parents/families and other agencies and is a key support role within the Academy. You will need to have had recent experience of working with childrenor families, have a calm persona, be an excellent communicator, have the ability to analyse information, develop strategies and have the ability to follow tasks through to conclusion. Our successful candidate will also be responsible formaintaining daily attendance across the academy using the Management Information System (MIS) and working with families to drive full attendance.​​​​​​​​​​​​​Good IT skills are necessary and support, training and development will be provided.

The basis of this position is part-time, 23 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week inset and offers anactual salary of £10,903per annum (£20,393full time equivalent).
