Featherby Partnership School is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Family Liaison Officer to join our committed team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about promoting pupil wellbeing, safeguarding and attendance through positive engagement with pupils, families and external agencies. About The Role As Family Liaison Officer, you will play a key role in strengthening the partnership between home and school, helping pupils feel safe, supported and ready to learn.
You will:
Oversee and coordinate pupil attendance through positive engagement with families
Promote the safeguarding and welfare of children and young peopleBuild and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers and external agencies
Act as a key point of contact between home and school
Support pupils and families to overcome barriers to learning and attendance
Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure pupils flourish in safe, secure and welcoming learning environments
Maintain accurate records and support effective communication across the school community

Has experience working in an administrative, pastoral or family support role
