Someone to identify children and families who may need additonal support.
Carry out Thrive and Jigsaw family sessions
Help parents and children in accessing external support and the local community
Assist in monitoring the child's progress
A can do approach and flexibility
A confident and clear communicator with parents and outside agencies
An excellent role model to children, colleagues and parents, exemplifying our core principle of kindness
A positive, open-minded professional actively supportive of the ethos, vision and values of the school
A member of the team who can build strong relationships with parents, children and staff
