What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who shares our values to join our committed team, working to ensure that we serve our children and communities to the best of our abilities. No day will be the same and you will work alongside a highly caring and compassionate team to support our most vulnerable families. Supported by our SENDCo, you will work closely with children and families to provide early intervention, support, and guidance. By building relationships with families and supporting them to raise attendance levels, you will be helping to remove barriers to learning and ensure every child, even the most vulnerable, can flourish.

Our ideal candidate will be a passionate and dynamic practitioner with previous experience of supporting families and communities to empower change. This role lends itself to someone who is highly motivated, with a wide range of administrative and interpersonal skills, working collaboratively as part of the wider Trust team and with external agencies.
