We provide over 20 extra-curricular activities throughout the year, with teams across all age groups competing in a range of activities in local leagues. We currently have sports academies on offer at sixth form - a basketball academy with the Birmingham Rockets and a cricket academy with Aston Manor CC. There is also scope for a potential girls’ sports academy as interest is high.

High achieving teachers have access to an accelerated leadership programme linked to NPQs.

Staff wellbeing is a priority. The Trust provides both an employee assistance programme and an employee benefits scheme. All teaching staff receive a work laptop.
