Woodside High School is an outstanding, mixed 11-16 comprehensive school, serving a truly multi-cultural community, where every student is valued and treated as an individual. In the recent Ofsted inspection, the school has achieved a good grading in all categories.
The facilities at the school include a sports hall, an indoor 60 meter athletics track, an indoor long-jump pit, a specific PE classroom, a gym, an assembly hall, an outdoor netball court and an AstroTurf. We are also located opposite New River Sport and Fitness, and have access to their facilities.
Our PE team offer a wide range of courses including GCSE PE, Sports Leaders’ Award and Dance Leader’s Award. We are proud to provide a huge range of extra-curricular clubs and opportunities; including jiu-jitsu, boxing, dance, table tennis, trampolining, basketball, rugby, netball, football, gymnastics and athletics. We successfully run the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.
We work closely with sports clubs including Scholars Rugby Club, Tottenham Hotspur and Solo Sessions Netball.
