Due to our school expansion, Kingsbridge Educational Trust wishes to appoint an experienced, well organised and enthusiastic Finance Assistant/Receptionist to Kents Hill Park School - an all-through free school for children aged 3 to 16, which opened in September 2018.

This is an exciting and rare opportunity to be part of the team who successfully support the development and growth of this school in the Kents Hill Park area of Milton Keynes. There are 750 pupils in the secondary phase and 270 pupils in the primary phase.  

We are looking for a hardworking, highly motivated and flexible individual to join our administration team:

  • To provide excellent customer service

  • To provide an efficient administrative service which supports the school

  • To be an ambassador for the school presenting the highest standards of respect and confidentiality at all times

The successful applicant will:

  • have excellent communication skills

  • work well under pressure

  • enjoy all aspects of financial, organisational and administrative tasks

  • be self-motivated with the ability to multi task and prioritise effectively

  • have excellent IT skills
