Finance and Payroll Assistant job summary
Three Spires Trust is seeking a dedicated Finance and Payroll Assistant to join our central team. This role is key in supporting the Trust’s finance and payroll operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of financial transactions and payroll administration.
Working under the direction of the Trust Accountant, you will be responsible for tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, assisting with budget planning, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical individual with experience in financial administration and payroll processes. Strong IT skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.

This position is offered at 37hrs per week, whole year, although part time applicants will be considered. If seeking reduced hours please state your preference to hours in the application.
